Heartly Farm ("we" and "us") is the operator of Pickle Patakha. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations regarding our service.

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts. In rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will fulfill available products and contact you to:

  •       Await restocking of the selected product.
  •       Select a different product of equal or greater value.
  •       Opt for store credit of the billed amount.

Shipping Within India

Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders above ₹549.
  • Shipping Charges: Rs 70 on all orders below Rs549.
  • Cash on delivery: Extra 5% on all orders.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5 - 7 Business Days

Tracking Your Parcel

  • Orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours of placement. Tracking details will be emailed automatically. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder.

Order Modifications

  • To cancel or modify orders, email us at info@picklepatakha.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of the requested item.

Unshippable Orders

  • Orders that cannot be shipped will receive a prompt response from our team.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent upon shipping.

Fraudulent Orders

Fulfillment Issues

  • Contact us at info@picklepatakha.com within 7 days from placing the order.

Lost Packages

  • Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Pickle Patakha is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Delivery Attempts

  • All deliveries will be attempted once. If the customer is unable to receive the package on, the order will be returned to Pickle Patakha , Please email us at info@picklepatakha.com in such cases.

Delivery Delays

  • Any delays or extensions in delivery time caused by the courier company are their responsibility. Pickle Patakha will attempt to expedite delivery in case of delays but cannot be held liable for such issues after dispatch.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged-in-transit package, please email us at info@picklepatakha.com . Pickle Patakha's support team will work with you to resolve the issue.
