At Pickle Patakha, we are committed to give you the best quality pickles right at your doorstep. However, due to the nature of our products, all food products are considered as non-returnable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:

Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept return but we do offer refund or replacement under the following circumstances-

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • In the event that your item is received in a damaged or defective condition, you may qualify for a refund or a replacement. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of the product's arrival.
    • We would be grateful if you could provide us with photos as proof of the defective or damaged item.
  2. Incorrect Item Delivered:
    • In the event that you recieved an incorrect item, please make sure to inform us within 7 days from the date you received your order. We shall, at no additional cost, arrange to ship to you the correct product, or we will refund you if the product is out of stock.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind:

    • Refunds are not offered for customers who change their mind after purchasing. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  2. Incorrect Shipping Address:

    • If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping details during checkout.
